- How to Apply:
- 1. Align lash band with your natural line to check fit. Trim if necessary.
- 2. Apply a thin line of adhesive along with lash band. Wait 30 seconds to set.
- 3. Secure lash band by pressing onto lash line.

- How to Remove:
- 1. Gently remove each lash from the outside of the eyelid.
- 2. Remove the dried lash adhesive with fingertips.
- 3. If the dried adhesive is difficult to remove, use a Q tip and gently dab a couple drops of Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover or Garnier Skin Active Micellar Cleansing water (Blue Cap) on the strip prior to removing the dried adhesive. Both will work on waterproof mascara so they are effective in softening the strip for easy removal of stubborn adhesive. Allow the lashes to dry prior to placing in case.

Billing and Shipping Information
For security reasons, all first-time credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card. All purchases are made in United States currency. If you are a first-time customer and need to have your order shipped to an alternate shipping address, you may pay by PayPal.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.
Shipping Insurance
Products are shipped via the United States Postal System (USPS) and are shipped at the first class rate. We cannot guarantee that products will not get lost or stolen during shipping. If customer wants insurance coverage with shipping or priority shipping, customer shall contact us to make arrangements so the proper postage fees be paid. How to Cancel an Order
After placing your order, if you need to cancel your order, please call (425) 443-5844 (office) within 1 hour after placing your order before 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. If you placed your order during off hours, please call us as soon as we open. Once the Order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Items that are ordered prior to 2 p.m. on week days, are usually shipped the same day, except for weekend and holidays.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If a guaranteed delivery is delayed due to weather or other natural disasters, CrownNstyle shall not be held responsible. Since no one has control over natural causes, shipping charge will not be reimbursed. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day and this should be considered when calculating shipping times and days.
Shipping Refunds
There are not refunds for shipping fees paid, if postage is already paid to the carrier. In the event Company ships an incorrect item (not ordered by the customer), Crown N Style will reimburse customer for the Return postage paid. USPS priority shipping not guaranteed by USPS. Customer must purchase If you want to claim shipping credit for a UPS shipment, then please call us after you have received your package. UPS requires the package be delivered first before they can issue the credit. In the event you return any order that was shipped per Free UPS Ground shipping, then a flat shipping fee of $10 will be deducted before the refund is issued.
Shipping Cancellations/Refusals
For any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address, or refusal upon deliver, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 20% of your order’s total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are returning any item for a refund, you must pay the shipping fees for the return. You agree to pay the shipping fees for the return of any item that we have agreed to accept as a return.You must first comply with the Return policy stated within the Returns Section. We are not responsible for the item getting lost during shipping. We encourage you to acquire shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery of item.
International Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
