Returns
Please note: All wigs and lashes are inspected prior to shipping. Wigs and eyelashes are deemed "personal care products" and therefore not returnable or refundable or exchangeable for health and sanitation reasons pursuant to law. Our Return policy for those items that are Returnable and Exchangeable products (i.e., unopened/unused Crown N Style Naturals) lasts 10 days.
If you want to return a returnable item, you must FIRST notify us by email at info@CrownNstyle.com within 10 days of the delivery date. You must fill out and return Return/Refund Form and after approval of the form, the product must be returned to the address below by NO Later Than 10 Days of Delivery via the US Postal System. You must provide a copy of the receipt. No refund shall be given for items returned more than 10 days after the delivery date. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Buyer agrees to pay the postage fees for the return of the item. Seller is not responsible for the item getting lost during shipping. Additionally, Buyer shall pay the cost to ship out the new item if the returned product is an exchange. Buyer is encouraged to acquire postal insurance to ensure the safe delivery of item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: Pursuant to safety and health laws, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Therefore, wigs and eyelashes are intimate or sanitary items and are Non-refundable and cannot be Returned or Exchanged. They are “Final Sale” items.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days of approval. Mondays-Fridays that are not holidays are considered business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only non-personal care items may be refunded. Only the sale price can be applied towards an exchange or credited for a return. Copies of receipts must accompany the returned sales item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
All items are personally inspected and checked prior to us shipping to our customers. We only replace items (not applicable to lashes or wigs) if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item was damaged, please take a photo of the item and provide a written explanation of the defect or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@crownNstyle.com or a text message at (425) 443-5844 for a faster response for us to approve the Return. After receiving written approval for the return, ship your item with prepaid postage to Crown N Style 1310 La Forest Drive SE; North Bend Washington US 98045.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
